He is the branch manager for Arkansas and operates under his own dba, JK Home Loans LLC there. John brings a blend of both bank and mortgage broker experience, giving him a broad understanding of products, guidelines, and lending strategies that benefit clients across many situations. He is a graduate of the Barret School of Banking and a Certified Mortgage Advisor. He also holds a B.S. in Leadership and Management from Harding University. Before entering the mortgage industry, he held leadership roles at Walmart and PetSmart corporate offices, gaining valuable experience that supports his client-focused approach today.
John provides a smooth, straightforward, and stress-free mortgage experience for first-time buyers, second-home buyers, and investors. He focuses on making the lending process easy to understand and tailored to each client so they can move forward with confidence.
